Targeted at 12 V and 24 V linear LED strips, these regulators increase light output efficiency as they only require 1.4 V supply allowing more LEDs in the string. Supporting adjustable currents from 10 mA to 100 mA allow for platform designs based on a single device to be used across multiple LED strip applications, considerably easing a manufacturer’s qualification and supply chain.

These LED drivers also enhance system reliability as the monolithic integration of a transistor, diodes, and resistors both simplify system design and reduce component count. These LED drivers are targeted at 12 V and 24 V linear LED strips and panels.

  • 10 mA to 100 mA fixed current
    • Simplify LED driving as current is preset for 10 mA, 20 mA, and 50 mA with ±10% regulation and the flexibility to adjust up to 100 mA
  • Negative temperature coefficient
    • Reduces the current with rising temperature, which helps to increase the ELD lifespan
    • Enables current sharing for paralleled operation for >100 mA LED current
  • 1.4 V to 40 V supply voltage
    • Increases light output efficiency as only 1.4 V supply required, allowing more LEDs in the string
    • 40 V gives sufficient headroom for voltage spikes and LED short failures, while preserving the LED brightness and longevity
  • PWM <1% duty cycle at 25 kHz
    • LED brightness can be accurately PWM controlled allowing low light dimming
